    This Denver duplex was nearly complete—the owner just needed a thoughtful eye to add the finishing touches to two distinct spaces: the cozy basement at The June and the inviting outdoor area at The James.

    The Bethel House

    This furnished property provided a solid foundation—the goal was to elevate the space by thoughtfully reimagining the layout for better flow and comfort. By blending select new pieces with the existing furniture, a more cohesive, refined look was created.
