I’m Erica – the creative mind (and heart) behind Perennial Style! I have been in the design world for over 20 years now. I started my career as a graphic designer, and while that’s still a small part of my life, short-term rentals have stolen my heart.

In 2017, my husband and I decided to leave our home state of Texas and move our family to Washington where we now call Bellingham home. In 2021, we purchased a fixer-upper cabin near Mt Baker and spent over a year renovating and designing it to become an Airbnb. By the time we listed it in late 2022, I was hooked and knew I wanted to continue creating stand out spaces that offer guests a truly unique experience.

Since then, I’ve become a certified Airbnb Stylist and have had the privilege of working with incredible hosts across the country to create unforgettable stays. I love transforming spaces, especially finding creative ways to highlight their unique character while making them both beautiful and functional. But the best part? Reading glowing guest reviews and knowing I played a small role in helping families and friends make lasting memories together.
