Hi! I’m Erica, owner of Perennial Style. With over 20 years of experience in the graphic design industry, I seamlessly transitioned my skills into the world of interior spaces. Inspired by my own journey of transforming a 1970s cabin into a unique Airbnb retreat, I became certified as a Short-Term Rental Stylist. Now, I offer my design services to STR investors, providing services tailored to enhance their properties, stand out in the market, and attract a higher volume of bookings.
