Stocking the kitchen for your short-term rental can feel overwhelming. There’s a long list of essentials to include, and it can be very easy to overlook something important. Remember, guests have often chosen an Airbnb over a hotel specifically to have access to a kitchen, so it’s vital to ensure they have everything they need during their stay. Drawing from my experience both as a frequent guest and a host, I’ve put together a comprehensive list to help you get it right from the beginning. But don’t forget to inspect these items regularly after use so you can quickly update any overly worn or broken items. And probably most important of all....KEEP THOSE KNIVES SHARP!!
